Churros are pretty good, yeah. I first tried them about a year ago from a stand that makes them to order. Just amazing!

Churros are pretty good, yeah. I first tried them about a year ago from a stand that makes them to order. Just amazing!
I think I first tasted one when I went to Chile about two months ago and my dad bought us a couple of them. They were good, but I've tasted better sweet bakery stuff. Like my dad's cinnamon rolls.

That's also a thing I first tried rather recently, though not made at home but rather at a Cinnabon. Also amazing!

My dad used to make cinnamon rolls for us every once in a while when I was a child (and still sometimes does, although less frequently). Me and my sister sometimes helped.

I remember the process clearly: make the dough, flatten it, spread plenty of sugar, cinnamon, and molten butter on it, roll the dough up, cut it to slices, place the slices onto the baking tray, decorate the slices with some small sugar bits, and put it all in the oven. We loved to taste small pieces of the rolled-up dough with all the ingredients inside before the rest were put into the oven. Oh, that taste was heavenly...
