Spoiler: *Popplio is feeling a bit down because he hasn't evolved yet*

*thankfully, he cheers up quickly while playing with Harp's balloon*
*Harp and Primarina smile as the young Sea Lion Pokémon happily bounces the balloon on his nose*

While they're not genetically related, Primarina has become somewhat of an idol/parent figure to Popplio, who's really looking forward to the day when he'll be a big and skillful Primarina, too.

Don't worry, Popplio, you'll evolve someday(unless you decide you don't want to which is completely fine. I have a Fennekin who didn't want to evolve and he grew to be very strong.) With an idol like Primarina, you'll be extremely powerful in no time.

Don't worry, Popplio, you'll evolve someday(unless you decide you don't want to which is completely fine. I have a Fennekin who didn't want to evolve and he grew to be very strong.) With an idol like Primarina, you'll be extremely powerful in no time.

He's going to grow big and strong one day, there's no doubt about that.

By the way, remember how I said how Harp was able to make balloons big and strong enough to contain a ten-year-old child, like those 50 inch balloons she made earlier today? Well, her imperfect (i.e. more unstable) balloons, which aren't strong enough to contain a person or Pokémon yet, have been even bigger. I believe her record balloon was almost 80 inches wide, although it popped almost immediately and left Harp a little exhausted afterwards. But you should've seen the pride in her and Primarina's eyes! I don't think I've seen Primarina this happy since we beat Professor Kukui at the Alola Pokémon League!

And to think how Harp started off with just 5 inch balloons only a few weeks ago. I don't think Brionne are usually, if ever, capable of producing this big balloons. Who knows, maybe she'll be breaking world records one day!
