Hi RM :)

Happy Easter!

I do drink milk and eat dairy but I don't like most puddings myself.

Honey, lemon juice, and whiskey are good tea additives.
Personally, I don't like adding anything more than natural sweetener (sugar or stevia) and a tiny bit of milk.

And the milk depends on my mood. Sometimes I won't have milk in it.

I haven't had pudding in... what must be at least 5 years by now.
And me ,the weirdo who hops in the corner, never ate pudding ,and drinks almost 1,5L of milk daily because of course I do, and let's make it weirder, in the country that is like the 3rd in order of tea consumption in the entire world, lives me ,who doesn't like tea.

Since it has scotch in name, does it mean it has to have alcohol? If yes ,then there is no way I'm making it.
It's like caramel, but made with brown sugar instead of white. It doesn't have scotch in it.

Is it the same corner I'm hopping in?
It's in a different corner, it's safe to keep hopping.

Pretty much as CO said.

brown sugar
self-raising flour
butter, melted
egg
milk
golden syrup
cornflour
boiling water
Double cream or ice cream, to serve

Considering milk would literally burn my stomach from the inside, I think I have a right to call it very, very bad.
*substitutes the milk for lactose-free milk, and the ice cream for lactose-free ice cream, for ME's serving*

Apparently heavy cream contains "almost no" lactose. Would that work for you?
