Roundabouts can be okay, assuming you’re the only person on the road.
Since everyone else on the road is a fucking moron, roundabouts just cause a lot of car accidents, and even almost killed a guy when a semi truck ran over a motor cycle in a roundabout.

I believe I've seen more accidents caused by traffic lights. People trying to race the orange light (Here that means stop unless it is unsafe to do so... It does not mean speed up), running red lights, etc.

Toowoomba has the most car crashes in Queensland, it also has a crap ton of roundabouts which cause said crashes.

I’m not saying traffic lights are perfect. However, they’re infinitely better than roundabouts, because if you’re smart, it’s a lot less likely that someone else doing something stupid will affect you.

What if I gave ME an F-
This is an impossible thing to do. I am immune to F- and Super Fs.

My dad was t-boned by a moron at a traffic light when I was young. She just wasn't paying attention to the red light.

I've seen a lot of idiots on the road - including people who don't understand how merging works - but never anything to the level of idiot that traffic lights brings out.

Yes, but that particular instance required someone to be doing something immensely stupid and a series of incidents that just so happened to align in a perfect cascade of misfortune.
At roundabouts, shit happens all the time with far less safety mechanisms in place.

Traffic lights >>> Roundabouts any time and any where.

Sorry, but I just don't agree. People's brains just stop working when they see the fancy lights.

Both are equal in my experience.
People's brains don't work to begin with, nobody indicates at roundabouts, that's what causes the crashes.
I hate crossing the road at a roundabout, takes at least 5 minutes because you need the entire intersection clear, can't tell what direction everyone is going.

Can deal it but can't take it huh
Not in the slightest. I just don’t have to accept them, since nobody is actually capable of giving them to me. :p

And yeah, like Zinn said, people’s brains just don’t work in general. The lights at least sort of provide some regulation, whereas traffic circles are pretty much a goddamned freeforall.
