In Finland, any temperature from 25 degrees Celsius upwards is considered heat, and anything past 30 is pretty much sweltering heat. Finland's heat record is about 38 degrees, measured in 2010. Before that, the previous record heat, 35.9 degrees, was measured all the way back in 1914. So yeah. 35 degrees Celsius is very rare around here.
