A Persian king named Khosrow once raided a Roman city named Antioch, capturing all the citizens before leveling the city to the ground. Later, he took those imprisoned people back to Persia, built them an exact copy of their old home city, and let them live there. The city's name translates to "Khosrow's Better Antioch", or, if translated more literally, "Better Than Antioch, Khosrow Built This". Burns were delivered.
