Well, lucky for you your birthday never coincides with Passover/you don’t actually celebrate Passover. There are years when I can’t even get a proper birthday cake because of Passover.

Not even a belated or early birthday cake? Sure it's not the same, but you could still celebrate having cake.

First of all, trying to get in a birthday cake before Passover is always a hassle, because you're preparing for Passover, which can start about a month in advance.
Second if all, a birthday cake after Passover doesn't really ever feel like it's celebrating my birthday. Then again, my birthday isn't something worth celebrating, anyway, so I'm not sure why I care.
