Not just schools honestly. ._.In trying to be overly PC schools stifle freedom.
Regardless of how silly a rule seems to you, trying to find ways around it isn't smart imo.So easy to get away with it. Just don't be stupid and have it noticeable, like I have a two blade on the sides and the back of my hair and it's not been noticed yet. Also had the V style done twice but got away with that too.
The schools simply are not in it to help the victim sometimes. Proper rule enforcement requires too much work I guess.I hate when a kid standing up for himself gets the same punishment as the bully who started the whole thing.
That is infuriating as fuck and teaches the wrong messages. In the real world (at least in the US) self defense is a very legal thing.
Rule enforcement is ass-backwards these days.I've always always thought the rule about anyone in a fight getting in equal trouble was bullcrap. I'm very nonviolent by nature, but if somebody comes at me suddenly, of course I'm going to do my best to knock 'em down. Why should I be punished for that?
Hats are banned here as well, unless in special cases. Nonetheless, some kids are idiots and fail to remember this rule. (Half the time, they don't get said hat taken away either. -_-)Hats are banned in all schools in this entire state, I think. But you can get a special exemption if you want without much hassle.
I avoided those scenarios by putting my backpack next to me.When you want to sit by yourself on the bus and someone sits beside you when there are empty seats.
More like I feel rules are best not broken unless they're truly absurd. Even then, breaking them should only be done as an act of protest.scarlet is an authoritarian confirmed

Accidents are fine. My issue is with people who intentionally break them personally.I tend to obey the rules as well. If I don't, it's always an accident.
