Well it's certainly not the government's place to tell someone how to freaking raise a family.

Now that is aI think sex ed starting in around 4th or 5th grade would help a lot. I know some states do have this at fairly early ages, and apparently it shows good results. Also just buckling down on teaching manners and life skills starting in Pre-K would be nice, rather than just teaching the importance of coloring and snack time.

Actual sex ed was in like 7th grade as part of health. Sucks though, because a lot of kids are immature and were like "durr hurr, she said penis. Lol, she said pubic hair, hahaha!" .__.
In 5th grade, it wasn't sex ed per se, but they split the boys and girls up, sending each to a different class for an hour and gave a sort of talk about puberty on like the last day of school.
