I don't get it. TVTropes says Huge Power Diggersby hits harder than Groudon...but doesn't Huge Power only double its Attack? It's base 56 Attack, when doubled to 112, is still less than Groudon's base 150 Attack.

Huge Power doesn't double the base stat, it doubles the ACTUAL stat, so it's not 112. At level 100 it's stronger
