No idea what it means but I like changing the Greek alphabet to the Roman one. I also like this emoticon -> :3

It's a fullstop placed upper in the line, punctuation similar to ";" in English.

I feel like America is the only place on Earth who refers to the dot at the end of a sentence as a "period." xD

Every language that uses the Roman alphabet does. As do languages that use the Greek and Cyrillic alphabets. Don't know about any others though.
