a) buy a meal from one of the food shacks.
You spend all of your hard earned money on one lousy meal from a food shack. Grumbling about the exorbitant prices, you begin consuming your meal. However, a flock of seagulls descends upon you, vying for your delicious treats.
You attempt to flee, but the seagull swarm pursues you. Your friends attempt to shoo the birds away, but it does no good.

What do you do?

a) abandon your meal.
b) try to eat your meal anyway.

*has her lunatone monitor the beach for her*

if I can't go myself, I need to at least make sure my children are safe in my absence

a) abandon your meal.
Reluctantly, you abandon your meal, leaving the obnoxious birds to engulf it. They squabble over the scraps a bit, and then disperse.
You are still hungry, but have no money with which to purchase another meal from one of the food shacks. You are also very low on energy from being pursued by the seagulls. What do you do?

a) relax on the beach for a while.
b) go home and play video games, clearly today was not meant to play at the beach.
c) attempt to make a snow cone with the sand.

c) explore the beach.
You and your friends set off to explore the beach. You see a group of strange people relaxing under a parasol with a Bulbasaur on it, but pass them by for now. They seem cool, and all, but you don't want to intrude.
As you keep walking, your stomach starts growling. There seems to be no end to the beach. Your feet start to drag as you get lower and lower on energy. Suddenly, you trip over something. A glass bottle, still half buried in the sand, is visible where your foot had just been. You dig out the bottle to discover some paper inside. What do you do?

a) eat the paper, since you're so hungry.
b) examine the paper.
c) throw the paper away and keep exploring, hoping that you'll encounter some food soon.
d) make a paper airplane.

b) examine the paper.

But making an airplane of it would have been funnier.
You examine the piece of paper to discover that it is an old letter, dated back to the very first Random Messages thread, from a pirate captain. Unfortunately, the pirate wasn't very literate, so you have some trouble deciphering the letter. One of your friends happens to celebrate International Talk Like a Pirate Day, and helps you with the translation.
Turns out, the pirates encountered a storm in the ocean, not far from this very beach, and were forced to abandon ship. The letter concludes with the captain vowing that he would return to it some day to collect his lost treasure.
Intrigued, you and your friends decide to begin searching for the sunken pirate ship, in the hopes that the pirates never returned to claim their treasure. What do you do?

a) remember that you are still hungry and search for something to eat.
b) forget hunger, let's go look for buried treasure!
c) consult the letter for clues as to the location of the ship.

d) I'm gonna go bananas.
You head for the nearest bunch of bananas, and are instantly accosted by the indigenous monkeys. They seem more scared than angry, but you cannot tell that for sure.
You need the bananas, since you're so hungry and the bananas are an excellent source of potassium, but your only way of acquiring them is to get rid of the monkeys. What do you do?

a) make faces at them.
b) attempt to shoo them away.
c) try reasoning with them.
d) offer them a trade.

c) consult the letter for clues as to the location of the ship.
You examine the letter closer, and find that there are clues hidden in the letter leading to the location of the sunken ship. Recalling that the pirate captain intended to return to the ship someday to reclaim the treasure, you briefly wonder why he would have included directions to the ship in a letter meant for other people. Your blood sugar is low, considering that you haven't eaten in a while. What do you do?

a) follow the directions written on the letter.
b) find something to eat.
c) search for other clues that may lead to the location of the sunken ship, since the directions in the letter are clearly a trap.
d) b then a.
e) b then c.

Your comical faces have amused the monkeys, who immediately adopt you into their group. You are allowed to approach their stash of bananas and eat your fill.
After consuming the bananas, you are feeling refreshed, and take a brief look around you. You are located at the edge of a jungle on a decently sized island. Ahead are unknown dangers, while behind is the familiarity of the main beach. The monkeys certainly seem friendly enough, now that you've amused them. What do you do?

a) explore the jungle.
b) swim back to the main beach.
c) stay and play with the monkeys.

no children of mine should be forced to see such vulgar images

You decide to stay and play with the monkeys, as your friends fan out and explore the island. Unfortunately for you, the monkeys seem to be in more of a grooming sort of mood, so you are accosted by one of the monkeys who proceeds to start "grooming" your hair. The process is thoroughly disgusting, but it does allow you to get to know the monkeys better. What do you do?

a) attempt to flee from the grooming.
b) let the monkey finish grooming you, after all, it can't take forever, can it?
c) start grooming one of the other monkeys.
