Real talk.

I may be a sex addict. Which is a little worrisome, but I also doubt it because I can function without having to take care of myself, but yeah I'm noticing a change in behaviour.

Maybe I'm just an undersexed guy whose now getting some.

If you were in a drought recently it could very well be the latter. But I don't think it's anything to seriously worry about. It could just be a temporary craving, but still not something I would consider unusual or uncommon by any means. You could consider talking to your partner about it as well if you haven't already and if you become more concerned about the possibility.

I like the story, but those novels are hard to sit through. They're soooo tedious.

The books without changes would make for bad films

Different media, different pacing and priorities

Because they make LoTR to be movies...

They more suitable to be TV Series, like what they did with Fire and Ice..

What don't you like about the movies? From what I've seen they seem like pretty accurate portrayals of the books, just without all the verbose ramblings about what color the leaves on each tree around Hobbiton were.

I'm not disagreeing, but that's precisely why the stories are much better as books.

As for what I dislike about the movies, too focused on the action and visuals and not focused on the nuances of the story.

They do a good thing on first movie imo. But not enough time to covers lots of simple yet significant quests/side stories on 2nd and 3rd movie.

The films are gorgeous! I am very biased and favor the perfect and numerous shots of the scenery to the (still vivid) descriptions in the books

Also the movies have "If you want him, come and claim him."

I am happy to report that the director of the Google satellite program has an interest in me. He doesn't know if he'll have interns this summer but he will be sure to find me a spot if there's one within the satellite division.

And I got his direct contact information!

That's good news indeed, Pikochu. I've always wanted to be stationed on a satellite.
