Welcome to a thread of epic proportion! We like to call it the Random Messages thread, or RM for short. Chat and let the good times roll my friends, anything and everything you want to talk about is at your fingertips, but stay kind to your fellow man and you'll have fun here.

<p>It is not an option that you can handle lightly. I care deeply for every one of our members, and I'd hate that someone here felt they were <i>so</i> at their wits end that they should fall victim to this plot.</p><p>No, No, No. Nuh-uh, Just don't do it. People are suicidal, but manage to pull through their depression and tough matters. <i>All the time</i>. And I guarantee you, you can manage just as well if you put your mind to it. Getting to those awesome moments in our lives makes it all worth it.</p><p>We won't talk about these issues in this thread. I'm warning you up front, I'll remove you if you do, but don't consider that being mean, I'm doing it to protect the integrity of the forums and people participating here. Talking this over in blogs or VMs or even in the social groups is just fine. If you need some one personal to talk to, PM them first to make sure they're alright for discussing the matters. We're friends here, we want to help when we can and when we're available. And even though I tend to run a busy schedule, feel free to contact me as well.</p><p>I'm no psychology expert and don't claim to be as such, but if it's any help please consult these resources for your own benefit.</p>

Taking a break off the forums is like a fresh retreat. It's a good thing, in a way. You decide when to comeback, no one is forcing you to be here, but we'd still love to have you over as often as you like ;3</p></font></td></tr>

I'm a busy cat, and I can't lurk around in this thread all day, that's why I need your help to speak up when there's trouble. You can always send a direct PM to me, $aturn¥oshi, Ghost, Hallow♥, or Mintaka, but if you don't feel like PM'ing me directly, use the report tool anonymously. We don't reveal who sent the post, no one here will know and you don't have to feel guilty about speaking up.</p> </font></td></tr>

The only time I say don't report, is if you are doing it to get back at someone. This isn't something you can use for your personal vendetta. This will tick me off to no end if I catch you using it in this way. Trust me, we can tell when a serious problem is going on or if you're abusing it. But this kitteh knows you guys are a smart bunch and I'm pretty positive you guys got keen eye for danger.</p></font></td></tr>

Murder. It’s a serious topic. BUT! Believe it or not, not every death threat is serious. On occasion we all feel the need to jokingly say “I’m going to kill you now!” and it’s not always reportable.
Here are a few examples of what is acceptable, and what is reportable:
“I shall keel you with mah [insert random object]”—not reportable, obvious sarcasm.
“You guys suck and should all die”—reportable, even if they claim they didn’t mean it, this is still rude and offensive.
“You are dead to me D8 *cry and sob*!”—not reportable.
An excellent way to differentiate between the two is to look at SASS
Spelling
Asterisks
Smiley’s
Sarcasm
Looking at those four things should make telling the two apart very easy.</p></font>
