Nature: Bold
Moves: Hydro Pump, Ice Beam, Recover, Hidden Power Electric

Two things. One, we need EVs and descriptions for each Pokemon. Two, this looks like an OU team according to Smogon (which pretty much everyone has to adhere to), and in that, Garchomp's banned.
