That' called an HM Slave, SDC. But I rate it a 7.5. It's a fairly good team, but Blaziken doesn't need to know Blast Burn and Fire Blast.

I agree, what's with all of the HM moves on something awesome like a GARCHOMP!?

Honestly... you want a good team, say "screw you" to every HM but Fly and Surf, and dump those on something you'll never use.
