I know it’s not very popular, but I think it’s actually rather interesting as far as the regional rodents go anyways (not counting regional forms of those rodents). I rather like that it sleeps with its eyes open in-game (in an era when Pokémon actually tend to have their eyes shut when asleep, lol), it’s a nice little detail.

9/10 A solid ceratopsian dinosaur, both literally and figuratively. I like the castle wall motif its face shield has, and its cry is memorable too.

7/10 Let's earn money, I liked it's design and also it's G-Max move. Correct me if I'm wrong, I guess it's Gmove is a reference to the old orange island episode where the people of island expect TR's Meowth to call rain of gold.

Porygon is a really neat concept and I really like how its design was actualized. It's an interesting way to depict a digital creature, and it definitely feels artificial with its perfectly polygonal body.
