Very cool design; I'm very interested by mythology, so I like that it has concepts rooted in a multitude of mythological figures. Slightly salvaged millitary-themed tank-track scales look cool; great shiny and normal colorations.

creepy design fits well the ghost type, same wit the ice typing
any place with spirits is always icy cold environments

Bone bird looks really cool- great design. Overcoat is a very good ability, and Big Pecks isn't bed, either. Stats aren't bad. Not huge fan of pre-evo, though.
