Banner is quite cool. I think it'd look a little better if everything was centered and the links had dividers between them

^^ 8/10 I used to have the background of your banner as my desktop background, lol. Can see why you would choose it, it's very pretty.

Overall the idea of it is nice, it fits your returning to your previous username. However, the Celebi doesn't seem properly shaded to me, and the text in the top left corner, while being a matching color, could have an added effect of some sort to make it stand out a bit more. Shadowing or outlining perhaps?

Having all of the links in a small font size makes it appear more organized to me, plus it doesn't surpass the length of the banner by too much.

Imo it would look better centered, but I have a bias for centered- and right-aligned sigs, so that's just me.

Edit: ^ 9/10 I'm a sucker for starry backgrounds, and I love the coloring. A simple yet beautiful signature, nicely centered.

9.5/10 Hahhaa love the caption and picture (esp. Sewaddle you sneaky thing). Sig is centered. Text is organized. I like the banner's rounded rectangle shape. I'm not a fan of the black border though.

10/10 Love the effects used, it appears as if Scizor truly belongs in the picture. Not to mention that's an epic pose.
Nicely centered and I like how the links are split up. Also, it seems that the link color is a dark red to match the banner as well. (Though that could be my eyes playing tricks on me.)
