6/10 it's a good theme and I like it well enough, but I prefer Sakuya's Lunar Clock ~ Luna Dial theme more. Been burnt out on Flowering Night for a good while ^^;

Interesting music with those traditional-sounding elements in the beginning and some really groovy bass... if also kind of weird with those occasional vocals, and perhaps also kind of unusual from what you'd typically expect a boss battle (even a mid-boss battle) to sound like. 7/10.

9/10 VIII has my favorite OST throughout the series, it's an awesome game with awesome music so any track from it always gets an 8 or above from me lol.
