It's been a while since S1 of Re:Zero aired, and while it did have a pretty big impact within the Isekai section of the anime community, most people had given up on a S2 for this show.
But here we are! The show is getting some love again, given the recent "Director's Cut" version of S1 and the near release of S2!

Personally I'm going to be watching this. But not right away, as I have yet to see Season 1 myself. So after I've finished up S1 (and assuming I've enjoyed it) I'll give S2 a spin!

What about you guys, will you be watching this show? Are you hyped? or will you ignore it (for now)?

Oh awesome, I'd heard it was getting a second season, but I didn't realise how soon. I really enjoyed the first season.
As usual I don't like watching simulcasts and prefer to watch a whole season at my own pace, if I want to watch five episodes in a row I will.

I enjoyed the first season as well, I'd say this series is certainly one of my favorites of the isekai genre. I'm not too sure if I'll watch it right away whenever it releases though, there are other series I want to catch up with and watch first, but I'll definitely be following up on info of it. (also happy to see Ferris again, he's my favorite character)

I was a big fan when the first season was airing and I watched the director's cut and the OVAs in order to get myself pumped for the new season! There were quite a few things I didn't notice or remember the first time around so it was a good memory refresher. Aside from the characters' development and relations I'm looking forward to getting to know more about the mysteries of Re:Zero world. Even though a lot happened in the first season it still feels like it was only scratching the surface of the whole story. I'm super excited to watch more :D
