As you may know, Z-Moves are incredibly powerful attacks introduced in the Generation 7 games (Sun/Moon/Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon), and can only be used once per battle. There is one Z-Move for each of the 18 types in the current standings, and some Pokémon get Z-Moves exclusive to them (ex: Pikachu's Catastropika, Incineroar's Malicious Moonsault, Solgaleo's Searing Sunraze Smash).
The game is as follows: You have to come up with a Pokémon Exclusive Z-Move that sounded like a good idea in your head, but actually isn't such a good idea (hence, "rejected"). The format is:

Why it is rejected (ex: Too Overpowered, Stupid Concept, etc.):

Z-Move Name: Splashdown Surprise!
Z-Move Type: Normal
Z-Move Flavor Text: The User, Magikarp, mystically hops around and then jumps as high as the mountains. The move still does nothing.
Why it is rejected: The Move Does Nothing.
