Meh, not particularly fond of either. I'll vote for Remoraid simply because it's evolution to Octillery is "WTF???" in all the best of ways.

Remoraid, no contest. Octillery is pretty funny and has good attacking stats and huge movepool. Lumineon is ugly, boring, has an annouing cry, bad stats and shallow movepool.
