Roman looked around before glancing at Bennet, sitll a littl concerned with the whole situation they were in, especially by how casually he acted around them. "Do we really gotta say our wishes with everyone here?" he asked. "Besides, shouldn't you explain what the whole deal witht he letters and these wishes are."

Bennet sighed, almost annoyed, but quickly regained his composure.

"Well, I wanted apprentices who could help carry on what I do." He explained. "And I can't really entrust this work to anyone. You see, you all have potential that none others have. The ability to see spirits."

A moment of clarity. It was starting to make sense now. As far as they were aware, the talent the twins had developed for such wasn't exactly a common one. "How did you know that sir?" Coco asked quietly.

"That we could see spirits she means." Christian clarified.

"That's a story for another time." Bennet smirked.

"Regardless" He trailed. "Only people with that gift have any hope of succeeding in what I do for a living."

"What's that?" Noel asked, kind of confused.

"Well this is a shop of course." Bennet said, leaning back into his chair and taking another puff of his cigarette.

"A shop that sells... Wishes?" Noel asked.

"More or less." Bennett said, ashing his cigarette once more.

"It could be anything really." Bennet replied before flashing an ominous smile towards Roman. "For example I might charge someone their soul..."

"How pleasant." Zeta muttered, her tone dripping with sarcasm.

"Spirits..." Wolfgang muttered to himself.
