Next time: Miltank has a Speed stat of 100. To beat her, use a Pokemon faster than it and/or resists Stomp and Rollout. A good choice would be a Steel Type like Skarmory but I don’t know where you would even get one. Another Steel Type, Fortress, evolves from Pinco at level 31 so you would have to do some grindin but it would at least help you beat the Champion easier...
