You must have read my mind, because I was hoping you would join after looking at all of that and reading Snake's post. We always enjoy having new people. :)

Looking forward to seeing more of your work.

Thank you very much! ^_^

I'm so happy that you like my fan art, and it's nice for other Rocketshippers, like yourselves, to give me such positive feedback. And a very warm welcome, too!

They really need to look at each other like that again.

It's a damn shame that they were bound into those awkward positions in DP 117, or I'm sure they would have looked at each other like that ;-)

Aww...I love the old stuff so much! That screenshot has to be one of my absolute favourites. They definitely need to do that kind of thing more often.

Hey, guys,

Not sure if this has been asked before but...

I've been wondering, if the writers ever do decide to confirm Jessie and James' relationship in some kind of climatic scene, where they finally confess how they feel about each other, in what way would you like to see it?

Would you you like to see it as an episode/part of an episode?

Or would you prefer to see it in a Pokemon movie?

What do you think would be the best representation of such an important event?

I'd like to see it in one of the last episodes of the show, so that way there's still lots of chances for more shippy stuff to happen in between. They are main characters, and definetly deserve a full episode when they confess their love. and as we seen the writers are completly capable of writing episodes focused on the Rocket-Dan.

Here's how I think it'll go down.

First we need an episode (Rocket focus or otherwise. I think it'll be a non Rocket episode personally) where they finally realize how they feel about each other/the audience is made painfully aware of it, because the writers love to foreshadow events like this.

Then we'll go on for a few episodes where blatant hints will be thrown around so all the kiddies can figure out what's going on.

Then a Rocket episode title and description will be revealed (because we all know how crappy Junki titles are. We'll most likely never figure it out by title alone) where it's obvious that this will be the episode where Rocketshipping will become canon. (And Junki WILL be writing this. I have 100% faith in that)

Then we all squee in delight, the episode will air, and this thread will explode, taking Bulbagarden down with it.

And last, but certainly not least, we'll make fun of everyone who thought it wouldn't happen. (who will inevitably troll the board) :p

Edit: I was finishing up my fanfic tonight (It should be up tomorrow) and I had an interesting thought that I think would make for a good topic.

Do you think Musashi and Kojiro have become closer over time or farther apart? I don't wanna risk spoiling my fanfic by saying what i think, so I'll just let you guys respond first.

Hee, now I'm really happy I pimped Shaami's art. Welcome to the club! =D

Hrm, I don't think we have any chance of getting a climatic confession scene... if (when?) they confirm it, it would probably be in an epilogue that takes us several years into a future where they're already hooked up. I'm telling you, I have experience with these things.

Ooh, Rocket Girl, another fic? I can't wait! :kawaii: As for your question... they're definitely closer now than they were in the beginning. I think DP117 is definite proof of that! And stuff like, you know, James learning to duck when he's in close proximity to Jessie's hair when she's pissy. XD

No, really, thank you! I spent ages nearly posting, but leaving it every time because I didn't know what to say. Silly me! You gave me the nudge that I needed to finally join properly.
This is pretty much the first forum I've posted on, as I tend to be more of a lurker, so if I make any mistakes I'd appreciate any help along the way that any of you could give me. ^_^

I like this idea. It would be too much to hope for, I fear. Would be so amazing if it did play out this way, though. I think I'd die from the euphoria! Seeing Jessie and James get together is something I've wanted to see since I can remember, even more so than any other pairing of any other anime. I would be so happy, and completely overwhelmed! I would so pay the writers to make that happen. I wonder if they'd go for that...:p

:-D I love it when the thread's active (not that it never is, but...)

As for the question, I think it'll happen almost in an opposite way to RG - feelings (or whatnot) at the end of a TR ep which is hugely close to the end of the show, and after that just little hints. I don't know when it'd climax, but the last ep should do right? ;-) As long as it happens (and it will!!) and we can rub it in the faces of all our cynics.

My sister's sick, so we went up to my grandparents' room to watch crappy cartoons (because they've got cable, or whatever it is). And we somehow managed to catch 2 eps of Battle Dimension - DP 55 and 56 :p You know what my problem is? I'm spoilt by 1. the Japanese, because its awesome, and 2. TR getting love and this ships many hints. But watching an ep on tv is hugely different to watching it on YT, and seeing DP 55 like that - I totally felt the love. I've decided I'm just an ungrateful bitch, so I will stop complaining about the dub, since its not half as bad as I like to imagine.

I'm quite accustomed to the dub, but then, I've only been able to watch the dub for the most part. I love the Japanese (Their voices are wonderful! ^^), but have found it difficult tracking down the episodes, also I don't understand very much at all of the language to fully know what it going on when I do find the odd episode in raw Japanese.
Ideally I'd like to watch all the episodes from start to finish in Japanese with subs, but there would have to be some kind of DVD collection, which I'm pretty sure there isn't, as I've looked on numerous occassions and come up with nothing...

*sighs* So, 9 times out of 10 I end up watching the dub, sure I complain sometimes because of some of the lines of dialogue, but most of the time I can let these things slide and choose to view it in a more positive light, because after all, Rocketshipping is universal and if don't like one version you can always look to a different version. And, um, hopefully, I'm making some kind of sense here.

(Still missing the old dub voices, but ah well... )

On a different note, I'm just about coming to the end of working on my latest Rocketshippy fan art, would've been finished already, but my PC crashed and I lost some of what I'd done since I'd last saved...gotta love computers...:disgust:
