ROGUES GALLERY (Superhero Roleplays) (Sign-Ups ALWAYS Open)

Yep, them's the rules.

By the way, Master Mew has decided to OK our control of the Rogue's Gallery, so Season Two will be set up under Mod Control. That is all.

Why're you so happy about the mods taking over RG though...? O_O

Upon the Staff's request, the formal announcement:

I have ceded control of the Rogues Gallery into the capable hands of the current RG Staff. I look forward to the fresh ideas and angles they will bring to Season Two.

If y'all keep the show rolling, it is likely that I will return in the future. However, I have granted the current Staff full control of the project and as such the manner of any such return will be subject to their discretion.

@Master Mew: will you still stay as a member of Rogues Gallery?
Hmm... I suppose so, yes. Keep Liberty, Prowler, and Fatalia on the rolls if you don't mind.

Liberty: Active
Prowler: Suspended
Fatalia: Suspended ("Whereabouts Unknown")

Might as well drop the "Fatalia killed by Fever" myth, after all - we all knew I would bring her back someday. ;-)

Wait what about the plot Prowler was taking part in before Crisis started the one that will keep going in the second season.
Naturally I'm willing to finish it as soon as everyone else involved is ready, I'm just suspending Prowler so that he won't be drafted into any new Plots.

Character

Real Name: Raphael Wulf

Alias: Stormbringer

Affinity:
Mercenary though often helps villains more than heroes.

Citizenship: A Pane of another Dimension

Gender: Male

Age: 20

Appearance:
He stands at six feet and his face is ragged and wind scarred. He has makeshift tribal armor of strange animal skulls and his clothes seem to be made of scales of perhaps a dragon. His Boots are of a very tough hide and his belt had a shotgun and bow & arrow. Muscles interlaced his whole body and his hair flows effortlessly down his back. His eyes are red and duel bone swords are on his back.

Superpowers: None

Talents: Excellent marksman and Mechanic and stealthy as a shadow

Equipment: Shotgun and Bow & Arrow and bone Swords

Origin/Backstory: He has been everywhere. Ever since he was a kid he has shifted dimensions yearly and he has seen everything. He has seen apocalyptic demonized worlds with rain composed of fire. He has been to Heavens and spent his time tending to a small garden. He has been to frozen wastelands, exploding planets, even planets plagued with the wildest creatures you could ever even ponder if you dared. This over time drove him wild and almost to the point of madness however from it he has learned how to repair cars in apocalyptic worlds using bones as tools, learned how to scavenge and differentiate what worth looting and what wasn't, and he has learned to kill with whatever he could find. He helps whoever can keep him alive and has found himself killing in cold blood merely to please demon lords that fed and housed him out of amusement. He doesn't know why he always shifts dimensions but he has learned how to conquer and pillage towns for the sake of survival and eventually madness.

I'm just wondering, if he has no superpowers, how does he plane shift?

Character

Real Name: Klaus Jameson

Alias: Shrink

Affinity: Hero

Citizenship: England (Half German)

Gender: Male

Age: 19

Appearance: He uses a manual wheelchair (like me :p), so he looks about 4 feet tall even though he's really 5 feet 5 inches. He is skinny.

Superpowers: Ability to see into people's thoughts and memories, very weak telekinesis, and by extension, ability to sense danger (see below).

Talents: Skilled in mind games, as well as having an impressive intellect.

Equipment: A special watch whose hands rotate faster when danger is near, as a result of his kinetic power activating.

Origin/Backstory: Klaus was born to a British father and German mother prematurely, resulting in his inability to walk, but also an increase in brain power. His father was stationed at a military base near Berlin at the time. However, because of tensions between Germany and the UK, his mother was exiled from the country. She went to live in England at Klaus's father's house, and after the conflict, he returned there. However, a car accident killed his parents on their way to a date. Afterward, Klaus moved between the houses of various relatives, all of whom spited him because of bitterness over the fact that one of his parents had decided to marry the other. This made Klaus feel unwanted, awakening the dormant powers he had posessed all his life. He wound up going through medical school, and he's recently gotten a job as a psychiatrist (hence the name), but he is always ready to defend the world from evil if need be.

Character
Real Name: Cameron "Cam" Jacob Smith II
Alias: Strike
Affinity: Super Hero
Citizenship: America
Gender: Male
Age: 28

Appearance:
Strike is almost 6 feet in height, and a little too skinny. His eyes are a dark shade of blue, while his hair is a dark black color. His wardrobe has many varieties, but his favorite outfit is a black tuxedo with "F.O.F" finely printed on the back (but he will not tell you what they stand for) along with white church pants.

Superpowers: Electricity. He can manipulate thunderstorms (but not create them) and he can extract electricity from electronics and control it. He can also summon a small bit of electricity and control it, but not that well.

Talents: Strike is fast, and has good reflexes.

Equipment: an iPhone (doesn't sound special, but remember he can conduct electricity).

Origin/Backstory:
Cameron Jacob Smith II was born in the crime-filled metropolis Marlin City. He led a rough childhood, orphaned by his poor parents at the age of 7. He lived on the streets for the large majority of his childhood, angry at other children; jealous because they had parents and a house.
Cameron became increasingly violent, even to himself. He attempted suicide twice before he was even 15, but he was found both times before he died. He became notorious for his multiple visits for juvenile hall.
At the age of 16, he was in a field on top of a hill, and was struck by lightning. This endorsed him with special powers. The lightning somehow reworked his brain. He realized all he had done wrong, and wanted to do whatever he could to stop evil.
Very few details of the next 7 years of his life are unknown, although it has something to do with a superhero group called "F.O.F." and donned the name "Strike." However, it is known that he found out about why the strike was so strange. He was struck by his distant ancestor who called himself Djourn, a very powerful hero who had control of both the human mind and of lightning.
After apparently leaving the F.O.F after a massive argument with the others, he decided to work solo, traveling wherever his duty may call him. He has an inability to work with other heroes because of his rash and arrogant nature, and hates to hire mercenaries.
A few years before the present time, a massive hurricane was headed towards the coast of Georgia, and Strike traveled there. He was not able to save all their lives, but he was able to ward off several strikes of lightning and was eventually able to stop the thunderstorm (which meteorologists later stated it would've grown into a super cell and caused a major tornado). However, this was not cost-free. Strike ran out of endurance, collapsing on the spot. He didn't wake up until he was swept off by a huge flood. He came very close to dying, and still sustains many scars from that day.
This event made him a lot more famous than what he was before (as he had remained mainly anonymous), as it is estimated he saved around 150 lives.
Now it's the present day, and he's still as ready to fight as ever.

You're all aware of how the RG works, correct?
Upon the Crisis finishing, Villains will be messaged so they may consider the plot they wish to form, to take on Le Heroes.
The Hero/es can then also hire a mercenary, or ask other heroes to assist, although nobody has to.
If the Villain completes his/her objective, the Villain wins.
If the Hero/es stop them, they win.

Winning or Drawing in a Plot can lead to lovely prizes, such as additional powers for your character, or the ability to form alliances with other heroes or villains!
