Cancelled Games (ROLE CREATION/SIGNUPS) Grand Idea Mafia (9/4/21)

21. Coven Leader
Each night, you may redirect a player into another player.

You will full cop the redirected player, and you will steal any feedback they would've received from their role that night (such as investigative results if your target is a Cop).

With the Necronomicon, you will deal an attack to the redirected player as well.

---
The Coven is an alternate informed minority that lacks a factional kill. Instead, starting Night 3, the Coven gains the Necronomicon, which is entrusted to a member of the Coven. If there is a living Coven Leader, the Coven Leader will get the Necronomicon first, and if not, the Coven chooses who receives the Necronomicon. The Necronomicon can only be transferred to another member of the Coven upon the current holder's death.

The holder of the Necronomicon will receive an upgrade to their abilities, either allowing them to kill or bolstering their killing ability if they already have one.

22. Pizza Deliverer (ordinarily Town but could be otherwise aligned)
Each Night, they may deliver a pizza to another player. If the Pizza Deliverer is targeted by a Poisoning role that night, the person receiving the pizza will be Poisoned instead. By default, the Pizza Deliverer’s target will receive a generic “You received a pizza!” message at the Night’s end. However, the Deliverer may optionally write a message for their target each Night, which will appear as: “You received a pizza! There was something written on the inside of the box: [Pizza Deliverer’s message quoted here]”

24. Role Sponge (could be any alignment)
Whenever a role action (NOT a factional kill/other faction-specific ability) is used on the Role Sponge, it has no effect on the Role Sponge, and a single consumable use of the action is added to their own repertoire, which they can themselves use later in the game (but only once per Night, or as otherwise dictated by the specific action).

Potion Student (coven)
Each night, you may visit a player, using one of the following potions on them:
-Heal (will prevent the target from dying if killed, however if any other protections are used on the target they will automatically die)
-Reveal (reveals what type of role the target has [investigate, protective, etc])
-Attack (poisons the target)
Each potion may only be used once.

If at any point a Potion Master dies, you will automatically receive any items that had been given to them, including the Necronomicon.
With the Necronomicon, you can use each potion an unlimited number of times with a one-night cooldown.

26. Town Ninja Strongman
You have no night or day action. However, if you somehow get a kill, it will be unstoppable and undetectable.
Also a reminder to not do roles that depend on another role's existence, considering that there's no guarantee that role will exist.

27. Frankenstein Necromancer (Town)

Only one Night during the game, when at least two players are dead, the Frankenstein Necromancer may choose to revive a player from the dead. However, they will be fused with one other dead player at random into a Frankenstein’s Monster, giving both resurrected players a private chat together. The resulting Frankenstein’s Monster is considered a single factionless entity and does not affect either fused player’s prior win condition. The Monster can be killed, voted, or targeted by actions as with any other player, but has no role actions of its own. The Frankenstein’s Monster only has the vote weight of a single player, and can only cast a vote if both fused players have their vote on the same person. A dead Frankenstein’s Monster cannot be harvested to make a new monster by an additional Frankenstein Necromancer (if one exists).

28. Rodeo Clown (Town)

Each Night, the Rodeo Clown may choose to draw all kills to themselves on the given night. This role does not force any player with an idle kill to use it, nor does it redirect any non-killing actions. The Rodeo Clown is a Macho role and thus cannot be saved from kills by a Doctor or any similar protective role.

29. Jester (you know what a Jester is)
not being a hypocrite, so officially saying you don't need to define common roles

Define poison?

30. Body Burner ×2 (Mafia)

Up to twice during the game, if this Mafioso performs the factional kill, they may burn the body. This will erase the information that would appear in the player’s role flip, akin to a Janitor. This will also render the player unable to be resurrected by a Frankenstein Necromancer.

Define poison?
Target dies at the end of the night after they're poisoned.

Wildcard (town)
You may target a player each night and use a random action that a living player has. Unless it is a role which requires host feedback (such as a cop), you will not be notified of what ability you used.

Nvm about poison I remembered

36. Coven Medusa
During the night, you may decide to stone gaze visitors. Anyone who visits you while you do this will be attacked (piercing bulletproof vests/night immunity), and they will flip as "stoned" instead of their actual role and alignment flipping. This ability has a limit of three uses.

With the Necronomicon, you may visit a player each night to stone them instead of stone gazing. This does not prevent you from stone gazing.

See post 21 for a description of the Coven.

37. Coven Poisoner
Each night, you may poison a player. They will die at the end of the next night unless cured by a Doctor or similar role. Players are informed when they are poisoned.

With the Necronomicon, poisoned players cannot be cured.

See post 21 for a description of the Coven.

38. Coven Potion Master
Each night, you may use one of the the following three potions on a player:
- Heal: Has the same effect as a Doctor's heal.
- Reveal: Fullcops the target.
- Attack: Deals an attack to the target.

Each potion has a cooldown of 3 nights (a potion used N1 can't be used again until N4). With the Necronomicon, this cooldown is removed.

See post 21 for a description of the Coven.

39. Mario Kart Racer (ordinarily Mafia but could be otherwise aligned)

The Mario Kart Racer starts the game with four consumable items, which are as listed below. Only one item at a time may be used on any given night.

Super Star ×1:
This item may be used on one Night during the game, and makes the Racer a Killproof Paranoid Gun Owner during the night it is used.

Mushroom ×1:
This item may be used on one Night during the game. If the Racer uses a factional kill or other factional ability on the night it is used, the action becomes Fast, therefore getting a +1 priority boost; this allows it to go first and therefore ignore any actions that aren’t similarly boosted in priority.

Blooper ×1:
This item may be used on another player on one Night during the game. If the targeted player acts on that night, they will target someone at random instead of the target they chose. The player affected by the Blooper will also not receive any alerts that Night, including any feedback for their actions.

Blue Shell ×1:
This item may only be used on one Day phase during the game. The player with the least amount of votes (at the time of the item’s use) will be immediately killed by the Blue Shell. If multiple players fit this criteria, one will be killed at random (even if they are part of the Racer’s faction, or the Racer themselves).

Witchhunter (independent)
You have the following abilities:
-On odd nights, you may choose a player to kill.
-On even nights, you may choose a player to alignment cop, however this check has a 10% chance of returning as "Coven" regardless of the players real alignment.
You win when all members of the Coven are dead, or, if there are no members of the Coven at the beginning of the game, when you are the only player remaining or this is inevitable.
