Roxie debuts her Sygna Suit Sync Pair with Toxtricity in Pokémon Masters EX, alongside new Who's the Best Singer? Story Event

Roxie is debuting her new Sygna Suit Sync Pair with Toxtricity today in Pokémon Masters EX debut in a new Poké Fair Scout. Alongside this scout, Roxie is also taking center stage in a brand new Story Event, Who's the Best Singer?. Sygna Suit Piers & Toxtricity, who also feature in this event, will debut in their own scout next week.

Story Event: Who's the Best Singer?
The new Who's the Best Singer? Story Event will see Piers, Roxie, and Ryuki having a jam session together on Pasio, which results in a special concert battle between the three after their fans get overly excited following the conclusion of a previous joint concert. This event will run through to November 16th, at 9:59pm (PST).

By completing battles during this event, players can earn Event Voucher Q items, which can be exchanged for a variety of valuable items including 5★ Scout Tickets, 5★ Power-Ups, Skill Gear, Special Skill Feathers, and a Tech Move Candy Coin. Players can also obtain Gems, Sprint and Field Move Candy Coins, and Event Medals for completing special missions during the event.

As usual for events of this type, players will have an increased chance of receiving bonus rewards if they take on event battles using teams that feature specific sync pairs. The more of these sync pairs that players place in their lineup, the greater the bonus received. The applicable Sync Pairs and reward rates are as follows:

• Sygna Suit Roxie & Toxtricity: +60% (x1.6) bonus rewards
• Volkner & Luxray: +40% (x1.4) bonus rewards
• Flint & Infernape: +20% (x1.2) bonus rewards
• All other sync pairs with the Artistic Theme Skill: +20% (x1.2) bonus rewards

These bonuses stack additively, so having a team consisting of Sygna Suit Roxie & Toxtricity, Volkner & Luxray, and Flint & Infernape, would grant a combined +140% (x2.4) rewards.

Players should also note the following when playing this event:

• The number of plays available for Daily Extreme Battle 1 are reset every day at 11:00pm (PDT).
• To participate, players must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
• The sync pairs that appear as opponents in battle have different capabilities than those players can actually obtain.
• All mission completion rewards must be claimed within three days of the mission period ending.
• Leftover Event Voucher Q items will be automatically converted to coins at a rate of 10 coins per item at the end of the event, and sent to players' Present Boxes

Log-in Bonus
This event includes a log-in bonus over 14 days. Players can receive these bonuses up until November 16th, at 9:59pm (PST), so even if you're a couple of days late starting the event you'll still have the chance to receive all of the available gifts.

New Sygna Suit Sync Pairs make their debut
Sygna Suit Roxie & Toxtricity are making their Pokémon Masters EX Debut in a limited-time Sygna Suit Roxie Poké Fair Scout alongside the launch of the Who's the Best Singer? Story Event. This scout is available in-game now, and will continue through to November 19th, at 9:59pm (PST)). As normal for Poké Fair Scouts, 5★ sync pairs have a 10% chance of appearing in this scout. This Poké Fair Scout also includes a daily discount, where players can perform a single scout for x100 paid gems. This daily discount can be used 1 time per day during the entire length of the scout.

This fair-exclusive Tech Sync Pair are being released with an expanded sync grid, the ability to be raised to 6★ EX, and the ability to unlock a Strike EX Role when raised to 6★ EX. Raising the pair to 6★ EX changes Roxie's outfit to a Pink and Yellow design.

Sygna Suit Roxie & Toxtricity make use of multiple terrain effects and status conditions to control the battlefield and strike all opponents. In addition to creating Electric Terrain with their moves, they can also apply a Poison Zone the first time they use their Max Move in each battle. Both of these effects boost their Frenzied Sludge Wave Buddy Move, which gains a 50% increase to power when Electric Terrain is in play despite being a Poison-type attack. This move also hits all opponents, lowering their Sp. Def by two stat ranks, making this a particularly brutal combo.

Ryuki, the rock guitarist and Dragon-type specialist, will also make his debut as a playable character in Pokémon Masters in a separate Sync Pair Scout next Friday, November 3rd.
