Because, they're cute when they're small. Also, Spinda seems 'evolved' enough, to me. Humorously enough, I want a Absol baby that brings good luck. How cute would that be?

I'd prefer an Absol evo at best. I actually hope he stays the same.

Why an evo? To complete the word 'Absolute', you'd have to make a silly sounding name, such as 'Utely', I say baby pre-evo.

Prevos are worthless.

And Absol could stand to get an evo, and there is no connection to the word absolute.

Then where did the name come from?

Re: What new "kinds" of Pokemon do you predict?

Absol's name may be derived from 物騒 bussō, dangerous, but much debate exists over the true origin of its name. One common theory is that it is a combination of ab-, a prefix meaning away/from, and sol, meaning sun, referring to its Dark-type nature. It could also be a shortened form of "absolution" or "absolve", referring to the fact that while Absol foretells disasters, it does not cause them, thereby absolving it of guilt.

Okay, something of a connection, but not the way it was meant.

An Absol evo would be awesome, I also (just because I like them) think that a Quagsire evo would be cool, I realize there isnt a point to it, I just would like to see a more serious looking pokemon in their line, as opposed to their usual carelessness.

It could come from Absolution

That's interesting. Anyway, I don't really think they should touch Absol. I think it's pretty good as it is and Prevos are pretty useless. I'm siding with Ryu this time.

I did say Absol is good as it is. I'm training one right now.

Absol does kick serious butt when it comes to move typing and high attack.

I would enjoy Absol more if it had an evolution. It was never my favorite Pokemon by any stretch, but I might warm up to it now that it has gained some intriguing abilities. Slap some extra stats and a dual type on it and I'd be more inclined to enjoy it.

Re: What new "kinds" of Pokemon do you predict?

I'd like to see a pokemon that evolves differently depending on which version you have. A way it could work is say there is a small non-plot related cave somewhere in the region but it's an icy cave in black and a hot/lava type cave in white. When you take a specific pokemon into this cave and level it up it would pick up the ice type in black and the fire type in white. (just an example. These could be any types). It would be like glaceon/leafeon in dppt but rather than two places that are in both versions it's one place that is different between the versions. And you caould always trade to get both for the dex.

I'm referring to the question mark part. It might just be one of those unnamed Pokemon or the new one from the film. :/

Lol. uh-oh. I think I killed that site when I posted it here. Opps. hahahhaa

It would be a great way to expand upon the "version exclusive" pokemon we've always had. I'd like to see it be a fairly common pokemon found in both versions that would evolve differently dependion on your version. It would make the reading alot less of a hassle and I think it would help that much more to encourage it.

Re: What new "kinds" of Pokemon do you predict?

Then what would happen when the 3rd version comes out(the one most people are calling gray) would it have both the fire and ice caves somewhere in the region?
