Re: What new "kinds" of Pokemon do you predict?

I've read on Bulbapedia that they actually did something for April Fool's back in 2002, but yeah... 'twas fake. I think it'd be awesome to have another Water/Steel, one that's some type of shark.:ksmile: Shark tails already look sharp, could you imagine one that's made of steel coming down on you with an Iron Tail?

Yeah, I remember when that went up. I'm certain everyone and their dog has had to have seen it by now, which is why there should be a universal outcry to have it in the game. It's been two generations!

Re: What new "kinds" of Pokemon do you predict?

I'd like another shark... like a great white. I think Sharpedo might count as one, but I think it's a cross between a shark and an ocean sunfish. What I'd like to see is something like this:

I'd kill for a Water/Steel that's based off a great white, or even a hammerhead. o_O

I like this idea. I really want a better shark Pokemon. Sharpedo doesn't cut it. It doesn't even have a caudal fin!

Maybe they can have one of those ancient shark found during the dinosaur era...

Well that, or some general idea of a metal shark, particularly hammerhead. I mean, does anyone else remember this MMX maverick?

I've been thinking of an ancient power evolution of sharpedo for some time, lol. To be specific, a Megalodon/submarine(to keep with the torpedo theme) evolution would be lovely. A big shark, maybe even dropping dark for steel, I dunno.
"Submegadon" ?

Also an electric/steel alarm clock that evolves into a time bomb.

Nope, but now that you say it, WANT. Even if it's just as a character, not a Pokemon.

I wouldn't mind something like this. As long as it's a little more "sharkish" and less humanoid, it would be really awesome. I would love a better shark pokemon, especially a hammerhead.

this was probably mentioned earlier:

an electric/grass or grass/electric pokemon based on the greener technology we're getting.

Re: What new "kinds" of Pokemon do you predict?

I drew this rough copy a few days back and I put it on a different thread.
Who wouldn't want a big, dinosaurish evolution of marowak? I'm sure It'd look a whole lot better than this, just a drawing.

And I saw a few good suggestions, Fire type panda would be cool, throw in a Grass type Koala and I think the bears would be WELL represented. How about we break the Normal/Flying bird chain in this game? Maybe A flying/dark(other than murkrow) or flying/grass bird pokemon(like the grass peakok idea)? Maybe a fire frog? Some of these ideas are bound to have crossed Ken Sugimori's mind by now... btw Steel/Ghost? bring it on

I'm okay with this, but it needs a bigger club and the skull cap should become part of his outer body. Maybe some expanded bone armor.

An ice-steel. Not bad of a type combination, and the possible designs for one all share looking mostly sharp (and by association to sweepers, swift).
Sharpness is the most obvious thing ice and steel have in common after all.

Wasn't there a new move that sharpens the users claws or something to increase attack and speed? It would work pretty well with this.
I am thinking something based on blades that cut metal without friction mixed with refridgeration systems mixed with pickaxes and stuff for climbing mountains. Basically a robot, and everyone likes robots.

HATRED. FOR THAT LEVEL. RISING. (Though the fight and the Weapon you got was cool.)

I honestly wouldn't mind a Hammerhead, so long as it doesn't reside in a Trash-compacting hellhole.

An Ice/Steel would be pretty awesome. Since Ice types have quite a bit of weaknesses (Fighting, Fire, Rock, and Steel), having a Steel-type a secondary type would provide a higher defense... but then, it would provide a double weakness to Fighting and Fire attacks too. But regardless, I think an Ice/Steel would be pretty awesome. Maybe some kind of duck, goose, or swan?

Yep, it's called Claw Sharpen, and so far Zoroark is the only known Pokemon to be able to learn it.

Attack and accuracy, actually. ^__^ Kind of interesting. Something that raises accuracy. Nothing we've seen before.

Re: What new "kinds" of Pokemon do you predict?

I'd love a fire/ice type. Maybe it could be some kind of dragon. It would kick ass against grass types, which would be cool. I'd also freaking love:
A Platypus
A dolphin (Know its been said, but we need one)or a narwhal
Bigfoot (Other than mankey and chimchar we don't have many monkeys)
We have a lot of dinosaur-esque pokemon, but tell me a raptor or stegosaur wouldn't be awesome.
I want some more pokemon that are either very big or very small. And I think when a pokemon is in the field, it should be the right size compared to the character (Like wailord should be huge, etc.)
Also, I'd like a sphinx
A griffin would be for the win
Maybe a lapras evo that looked like the loch ness monster
Maybe the oposite of gardevoir (eg a dark type) I'm thinking something vampire like, but doesn't look as close to human
Maybe another bear besides ursaring, it should be quadrupedal too
a red panda
a sloth
A tapir would be ftw, too
A kakapo (A type of parrot, google it)
A manatee
Wow i thought of a lot
:naughty:

Let's see if they go and make evolutions of what we would never expect. Like Kecleon, Pinsir.... Y'know.
