Re: What new "kinds" of Pokemon do you predict?

I almost forgot about a shrimp... another Water/Steel besides Empoleon sounds awesome.

...

Now I'm craving Red Lobster...

It doesn't have to be half water.

It could be a Fire Shrimp.

That evolves into a Fire Mantis Shrimp.

Um, fire gets screwed in every generation, so I say MORE FIRE.

& I'd like to see 8 pokemon (pseudo-legendaries?) that are based off our solar system.

What would Uranus look like? lawlz

Actually, that'd be a great idea. So cool! Maybe they could be evolutions for lunatone and solrock.

If you notice, the majority of Water-types are based off of animals, insects, ect. that typically have a water-based habitat... in the case of my post, a shrimp beings they live only in water. With the mantis thing, a mantis is a bug... so I can see a Fire/Bug mantis having a better chance of being made than a Fire shrimp.:-/

Re: What new "kinds" of Pokemon do you predict?

HELL NO. We already got this in Gen IV with Rhyperior and Lickylicky. Never again.

Are you serious? How the fuck else are they going to give Pokemon evolutions if they don't choose ones that are AT A SINGLE STAGE. Seriously, why in the world would they not evolve Pokemon like Farfetch'd, Kecleon, Pinsir, Pachirisu, Chimecho, and such. There would be no point to giving previous Pokemonn evolutions and pre-evolutions if you just say "No! We already had this." Um... No shit? That's why it will happen again. Keep your mind open. Just because you don't like the evolutions of Rhydon and Lickitung doesn't mean jack to the producers.

Basically, expect evolutions of basic Pokemon who are at a single state. It will happen. Expect it.

You're missing my point the guy is saying they should add evos for Pokemon that aren't expected to evolve like Kecleon. I said used Rhyperior and Lickylicky as examples of Evolutions for previously existant Pokemon gone (imho) wrong. But I'm all for Pinsir getting an evolutionary stage, as long as it isn't as ugly and unnecessarily overpowered as any of the Gen IV added evolutions that aren't either Gallade (Which was needed, because Male Gardevoir scare me), and Leafeon/Glaceon (I didn't like them, but they weren't THAT bad.)

Re: What new "kinds" of Pokemon do you predict?

I think Farfetch'd will have a new Evo, maybe Fight/Flying. I really hope for a Dragon Eeveelution. If not, the next eeveelution (if any) better have good stats. Flareon's got the highest attack of the bunch and its not at all good competitively.

Also, I just have a feeling that Forretress will have a new evolution much as how Magneton did. Forretress's stats already let it function in the Ubet tier, but I just have a feeling that it'll evolve into a super tank bug.

Why it would it need to evolve into a super tank bug when it's already a... super tank bug. o_o

Re: What new "kinds" of Pokemon do you predict?

Gen I and II Pokemon were loved by almost anyone, then Gen III and IV Pokemon were called Digimon.

This time, I expect to see a mixture of that. Zoroark doesn't doesn't look like a Digimon, and he still looks very cool. (Someone might not like it, but most people do).

And, Pokemon like that are what Pokemon players want.

At least the Gen 3 and 4 Pokemon are interesting. I don't want more Pokemon as bland as Seel, Dewgong, Goldeen, Seaking, and such. I mean, how creative were they for those? Not very.

And Buizel is far from Digimon looking. As are almost every single Pokemon from 252 through 493.
