Can't understand what people see in Dragalge and Goodra. Their designs suck in my opinion :S

so no feebas or larvesta and thier evos? :( i'm so sad.

There is a statue of a Milotic in one of the building in Lumiose, so I think it's likely to be in (or I'm hoping anyway). If Larvesta is in, it'll probably be in the Mountain part towards the end, and there's still quite a few spaces remaining (I think I counted 31?).

I'm curious, does anyone have the estimated BST of some the recent new Pokémon, Fairies in particular? I want to see how they played out since I only saw a few.

Since they said that Blazikenite isn't available in the game and is only found attached to the event Torchic that's being given away, I wonder if that means there'll be a number of giveaways of Pokemon holding megastones that we wouldn't find in the game otherwise? In my opinion, there's still no way to know for sure that the other starter Pokemon aren't getting a megaevolution, especially since nobody's able to hack into the game and discover the models.

Unless a NPC in-game uses a Mega Blaziken, but even then...

It's a matter of preference, there is no definitive understanding behind why people like certain designs.

There are still some spaces left in the dex!? Then maybe there's still some hope for a few more new Pokemon (I somewhat doubt it, but a guy can dream, right?).

EDIT: @jools; Not true. Check the first page of this thread. There are still a few gaps in each dex. So there are still some not accounted for.

I don't mind the small amount of Pokemon this gen, but why so many standalones GF? If they gave one or two evolutions to some of them the number of Pokemon could've easily gone up to ~80 or so.
One of these is probably the answer to your question.

So this, in a nutshell, is full of controversies and we had all different opinions.

Didn't see this anywhere but apparently there's a new move "Freeze Dry" just confirmed...I wonder what it will look like in the game...For water type pokemon for now maybe it will expand.

Hide Yo Kids, Hide Yo Water-Types: New PKMN Move "Freeze Dry" | 8BitGamer

It looks like we now have the new "Stealth Rock" that people will spam to death if this is a TM, which I hope isn't...
freeze dry was revealed in august

We knew about this move since Aurorus was first revealed. Nothing new. Flying Press is more impressive since it actually does Flying X Fighting damage....though not sure if there's anyone that gets a x4 or higher weakness from it.

That's such an alarmist analysis for Freeze Dry. Dragons have way more stacked up against it this generation (a new SE, an immunity, some weird mist thing), yet no one seems ready to retire them yet.

because alot of dragons are part flying/levetating/are useful on weather teams (goodra)

also thunder teams are a go

starmie, zapdos, magnezone, electross, espeon/sigilyph if the thunder hurts per turn, and goodra so they can turn into a water team in a jiffy.

There's 30 or 31 Pokemon still unaccounted for...

Is Clefairy confirmed as a fairy type?

Its name (CleFAIRY), egg group (FAIRY egg group) and species (The FAIRY Pokemon) would lead you to believe yes, but we've yet to get confirmation from leakers or GameFreak. It would be the biggest troll in Pokemon history if it wasn't, though...

And can anybody put an updated screenshot with all of the new Pokemon/Mega's and the types?

Because water Pokemon don't have an entire weather condition devoted to them and many abilities that exploit it, right? And you know, x4 weakness and the high frequency of Ice beam has soooo hindered dual Dragon types that now using any water type for fear of being weak to one move is out of the question.
