Just watched the Z-Move showdown finale, and the disjoint between the intense action occurring on screen and the mellow music playing in the background is absolutely appalling. The dub BGM has never been that great, but it's hit a whole new low here. Background music is important to amp up excitement and to press home how significant the action is, making it all the more memorable. The music changes here are so jarring. I know TPCi just do it so they can claim music royalties from the foreign language dubs, but at the moment it's almost like they've got the playlist on random during an episode.

Agreed. The least they could have done is amped up the music for the scene to convey how grandiose it was but they failed to convey the impact of what was going on.

Its pretty sad that they care more about making money than providing fitting background music for a multi-million dollar show.
