S23: Pokemon Journeys: The Series Episode Dub Title Thread (and Reflections)

This article for the final season of VRAINS premiering soon and some other anime stuff happening in Canada has also revealed Episode 13’s english title: “The Climb to be The Very Best!”

So in France, JN013-16 will be airing from September 8-11. The TV guide Télé Star lists the original English titles for the episodes, and also listed "The Climb to Be the Very Best!" before it was posted on that blog. With that said:

JN014: Raid Battle in the Ruins!
Source: Télé Star

POP has updated with new titles for September:
  • JN017: Kicking It From Here Into Tomorrow! (Sept. 23)
  • JN018: Destination: Coronation! (Sept. 24)
  • JN019: A Talent For Imitation! (Sept. 25)
  • JN020: Dreams Are Made Of These! (Sept. 28)
  • JN021: Caring For A Mystery! (Sept. 29)
  • JN022: Goodbye, Friend! (Sept. 30)

Welp, it was bound to happen sooner or later but we've maxed out on the available dubbed episodes and the TV broadcasts over here cycled back to the very first episode.

I'm guessing we have to wait until Netflix releases the next batch but I'm curious as to what'll happen then, will we have to wait until we reach episode 24 again for the new episodes or will they just drop them whenever they're ready? If it's only twelve episodes every three months (on Netflix) then will we be stuck in some sort of hellish cycle whereby we make a little progress every time we loop back to the start?

It's a very weird experience, having terrestrial television being so dependant on a foreign internet streaming service. :(

If my calculations are correct, should Canada keep up its current pace of one new episode per week, they should be caught up with the currently dubbed episodes in December, around the same time when the next batch should come out on Netflix.
