I have a lot of opinions, but I am getting sleepy so I am just gonna keep it to the questions

Which is cutest?- Sandshrew
Which would win?- Sandshrew
Which is most memorable?- Drillbur
Which has the better evolution?- Drillbur
Which is your favourite?- Sandshrew.. I just don't get Drillburs design with the happy face and the movement...I mean he is cool I just don't get it.

Sandshrew gets my vote.

Both are very cute ground types, but Im leaning towards Sandshrew, Sandshrew has a cuter design.

Sandshrew is way cuter and it was one of my favorite Pokémon when I was a kid.

Drilbur.

Sandshrew and it’s evolution are pretty generic, even in their debut generation, but Drilbur and Excadrill are great.
Also, randomly caught a shiny Drilbur in Black version.

I like both and their evos equally (including Sandshrew/Sandslash's Alola counterparts).

Drillbur, it evolves into something that's very useful.
