Say Alola to Pokémon GO!

In the Pokémon Presents broadcasted February 27th, it was revealed that more Pokémon from the Alola region will be appearing in Pokémon GO beginning March 1st, at 10:00 a.m. local time. These Pokémon first appeared in the Pokémon Sun and Pokémon Moon games. The next season for Pokémon GO was also announced: Season of Alola. This season will feature a full three months full highlighting various Pokémon from the Alola region as they make their Pokémon GO debuts.

To commemorate the arrival of the new Season, Alolan Exeggutor will now appear in the wild. Lucky Trainers may also encounter the Shiny variant. After the Season of Alola ends, Alolan Exeggutor will continue to be available in the wild.
