Sobble and Scorbunny are the two cutest of the gen VIII starters to me, while I'm more meh on Grookey itself for now. Though my, and some others, opinion might change depending on their evolution lines.

There's an easier method. Just catch the earliest or most common version-exclusive Pokémon and put them in the GTS in exchange for the starter you're missing. In 5-10 minutes you'll get both. That's what I did in both XY and SM.

Or...breed two Sobble and ask for the other two. Like I’ve done in past games.
