Season 2 of Ranked Battles has begun in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet, will run through to January 31st

Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet's Ranked Battles Season 2 has begun. This season, which will run through to January 31st, at 23:59 UTC, will follow the Series 1 regulation, in which Trainers can use Pokémon numbered 001-375 and 388-392 in the Paldea Pokédex, that have been are caught, hatched, and obtained as gifts in Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet. While Pokémon may Terastallize during battle, Legendary and Paradox Pokémon are not permitted.

Season 2 Rewards
Players will be matched up with other players of similar rank to ensure even competition. Players will need to finish at least one match with a win or loss season to be eligible for rewards at the end of the season. The Season 2 rewards include the following:

How to Start a Ranked Battle
To start a Ranked Battle, follow these steps:

• Launch your Pokémon Scarlet or Pokémon Violet game.
• Open the X menu.
• Select Poké Portal.
• Select Battle Stadium.
• Select Ranked Battles.
