I surprised that there's no mention of how Machamp gains 2 arms and Golem loses 2 arms upon trade evolution, especially since it was alluded that the Machamp and Golem lines were literally designed to train together in a bodybuilder/gym equipment relationship. I mean, I felt that the Karroblast/Shelmet to Escavalier/Accelgor trade evolution was a reference to the Graveler/Machoke Golem/Machamp trade evolution, despite Machoke & Graveler not needing to be traded specifically with each other to evolve (which I thought was just due to the limited Generation I mechanics at the time that they were made).

Oh well, I guess I'm probably wrong then. Never thought about shiny Machamp having had a spray-tan gone horribly wrong though, haha

That belt was actually some form of a skin marking...... That is really such a magnificent skin Machamp and Machoke had.
I don't like this kind of unconsenting explanation, it just felt like short of the mark. I'll keep my headcanon of they made it themselves using their own special natural blacksmith technology inherited throughout their evolution family.

Plus, while some trainers can't tell the difference between males and females, they might take a closer look at the gender difference.

I don't like what this is implying...

Doesn't saying that it's a skin marking directly contradict several Pokédex entries?

Neat! I never knew the bodybuilder/gym equipment bit, but it makes sense.

Maybe I must have goofed when I submitted the article. It's just the girdle pattern. I didn't mean that the belt was also part of the skin; it technically isn't. Silly me.

Anyway, the mini-site has updated recently with a page about Machamp fan girls, a Machoke Movers commercial and a new game.

I got goose pimples when looking and read through that girl's talk page. It felt too over-the-top for just one pokemon. Though I will not deny the fact that I dislike to look so staringly into the macho body, whether it is pokemon or human. Personally I prefers ikemen.

But well, to speak the truth, This is not the first time Pokemon Daisuki Club advertise a pokemon in such fanatical way. Actually they always do so, especially for the generally ugly-looking ones.

The girl talk page is amusing to read. They are like the biggest fan girls of the Machop line that boarders into something that will likely make people uncomfortable.

Pokemon that have "clothing" as part of their design always unnerve me, because it usually raises so many questions, like where do they get the clothing, is it part of their body, and other such questions, but at least this explains some things. The only Pokemon with "clothing" as part of it's design that doesn't bother me is Sylveon. With the Machop family, doesn't the Pokedex state it's pretty much a belt though?
