Shiny Starters or Legends

Hi I am just a beginner and I really really really wanted all the starters from every generation. I really wanted some shiny ones but normal ones will do. And I really want Shiny Legends any at least level 70 or higher. If there is someone out there to help a beginner and make me really happy, the starters I want are- Torchic and Snivy ,but I want any shiny starter please!! I am offering a lot of level 100's for the shiny legends meet me in the Union Room, after you have read this.
