I just thought of this! 
Basically you play this by stating a phrase that would provoke anger or shock.
Example:
Jim, you're fired!
Wha-what?!!
*Shoop Da Whoops*
BAAAAH!
Alternative to phrase, would be to have a conversation or agruement, and end it with a bang! (In this case a Shoop Da Whoops/Lazer Fire/Dr. Octagonapus!)
It's a bird!-
It's a plane!-
It's-it's- DR. OCTOGONAPUS!
