Carry them all around and get in battles. Though, if your main team is trained enough, pokerus won't do anything for them, because they've already been EV trained. I advise also infecting some trash, like a Bidoof or a Starly, and storing them in your PC, so that you always have something with Pokerus.
Thank you very much. ^_^

(my main team is in the upper-60s on their levels, is that too high to get the virus?)

Nope, they can get Pokerus at any level except for when they're at level 100 (then they can't take advantage of the boost).

actually you can still ev train at level 100 after you finish ev training place the pokemon into a pc box and the game will recalculate its stats to inclued the ev's. Don't believe me try it look at a pokemon stats before and after you deposit it.

But I thought a Pokemon could only gain EVs when it also got Experience Points -- and obviously they stop getting those at lvl. 100

that's not quite accurate you probably read that you only got ev's from battles were you get experience. which means that you cant get ev's from the battle tower and wi fi battles. by the way in my last post that is called the box trick

Ugh... I'm confused. Once you get all 500+ EVs in your pokemon they are 100% set forever, correct? So if you keep battling some other pokemon, those EVs wont like erase the ones you have already.. right?

Nope,EVs you earn after you max out the EV values don't replace the ones you've already earned. The EVs are still there, they just aren't added to the EVs you already have. You can take away EVs from your pokemon using certain berries, so it is possible to fix any mistakes you may have made in your EV training.

Not that I've tried it yet, but from what I heard, that trick stopped working in DP.

The Box Trick doesn't work anymore. But even if that weren't the case, once a pokemon gets to level 100, it can no longer gain EVs because it can no longer gain experience points at all (so stat recalculation is a moot point really).

So if you feed an EV lowering berry to a level 100 pokemon, you're pretty much out of luck.

I just ev trained my lv 20 growlith in speed I ev'd it for 252 ev points then boxed it. it had speed 36 speed before I put it in the box when I withdrew it it had 46 speed stat. so the box trick does still work. I haven't tried it with a level 100 yet as soon as I get a chance I will and tell you the results. as for that bulbapedia article i already know its not completely correct because I have used in ruby to ev train a level 100 linoone.

So I made some mistakes while EV training my Arbok, and I need to start over. I know that you can use certain berries to erase EVs off a certain Pokemon, but which berries are those?

(ooh, Arbok. I really need an Ekans~) You mean the berries that say "makes a Pokemon more friendly, but lowers (attribute)"??
Pomeg - lowers base HP
Kelpsy - lowers Attack
Qualot - lowers Defense
Hondew - lowers Sp. Atk
Grepa - lowers Sp. Def
Tamato - lowers Speed
