Say you play through soulsilver and do the arceus event. If you trade arceus to another game and reset the soulsilver, can you do it again?

It worked with Regigigas in Platinum, so hopefully the same applies here.

When you erase a save file, ALL Pokémon, advancement in the story, flags, hidden numbers and information recorded on it are gone forever, so naturally you can do again the Arceus event.

Question about all of the Platinum events:

I believe I have, so far, gotten all of the events for Platinum (minus the pichu one). The problem is I've not yet caught some those various pokemon or picked them up, etc. Rotom, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus - those are all of the Platinum events so far right? I've yet to catch Darkrai, Shaymin, or pick up Arceus.

The problem is I need to delete some wonder cards to get the one for Pichu.

My question is: If I've already picked up whatever items necessary (I think Darkrai ad Shaymin come with items), can I safely delete those wonder cards and still be granted access to whatever parts of the games required to catch those specific Pokemon? What are the items anyway, to make sure I do in fact have them?

If you have already obtained the items from the Pokemart (Secret Key → Rotom, Member Card → Darkrai, Oak's Letter → Shaymin), you can delete the Wonder Cards. You can check if you have the items in the Key Items part of the bag.

What will happen when a Pokemon uses ''Follow Me'' in a double battle (e.g. Togekiss) and is attacked with an electric type move, while its partner has the ability ''Lightningrod''?

If a Pokemon with Lightningrod and a Pokemon using Follow Me are out at the same time, and a Pokemon uses an Electric attack targeted at the Follow Me user's team, Follow Me will still take precedence and absorb the attack.

Is it true that the higher your chain becomes while shiny chaining, the more likely it is to break your chain by entering an unsafe patch of grass?

I'm trying to get a Globe from Mr. Goods in Hearthome City, and for some reason, my game isn't letting me get it. According to anything I've read, in order to get it, all you have to do is conduct a trade through the Global Trade Station at least once after it opens. Since he didn't give me the Globe the first time, I figured maybe I was supposed to talk to him first, before trading through the GTS.

Anyway, I just traded a Hippopotas for a Chimchar through the GTS, and Mr. Goods *still* won't give me a Globe for my secret base.

Could someone please tell me what's going on here?

Usually it's done by abusing flaws and errors in the game's saving mechanisms. However, sometimes Nintendo and/or GameFreak catches these glitches, and removes them from the game, which is why the GTS cloning glitch from DP is absent in Pt. In these instances, yes, you do need to use a cheat device such as AR.

Go to mystery gift and then check cards. Press A on the card you want to get rid of, and there's a "trash" option.

So, I was looking at the experience article on Bulbapedia...

And I noticed the 6 types. However, I noticed the last one, Fluctuating, requires 1,640,000 experience for level 100. However, I noticed however, after taking a quick look, that none of the legendary pokemon, who I'd assume would use this one. However, they do not.

So, what pokemon actually use the Fluctuating Type for experience?

Seviper is in Fluctuating but Zangoose isn't? Hm, that must put Seviper at quite the disadvantage against Zang then, seeing as Zangoose will level faster. Thanks for the info Blazevoir.

Can someone give me the whole strategy as to how to get full tempo so as to purify XD001? If not the entire strategy, maybe a list of the needed Pokemon?

The tempo is based on how effective the typing is on the next Pokemon. For maximum tempo, the Pokemon must have at least one type super effective against the next Pokemon's type, and so on around the chamber.

Examples are:

Chamber 1: Growlithe, Shellder, Mareep, Dugtrio (fire beaten by water, water beaten by electric, electric beaten by ground, ground beaten by fire)
Chamber 2: Kangaskhan, Snorlax, Spearow, Meowth (in these chambers, normal beats normal)
Chamber 3: Hoppip, Hoppip, Hoppip, Hoppip (grass beaten by flying, etc)
