(Moved from wrong section)

Yo. In my second Platinum team (yes, I said second, I have two platinums, so don't ask), I'm raising a different team from scratch. One of my teammates is Lucario. However, I'm a little stuck on a fourth move in his movepool. Let me list him first.

Lucario
Gender: Male
Level: 40
Held Item: King's Rock
Nature: Lax
Personality: Somewhat Vain
HP: 118
Attack: 95
Defense: 86
Sp. Attack: 103
Sp. Defense: 71
Speed: 86
Ability: Inner Focus
Attacks:
Force Palm
Flash Cannon
Dark Pulse
Aura Sphere

I am about to face Mars at Lake Verity, so I'm trying to level my Lucario up to 50 before I do (the rest of my team is already at 49-50, and he's the new guy). What I want is a move to replace Force Palm. Given my stats, a Special move would work best, but I'm debating if I should give him one Physical move just in case. I need some help. I have a few ideas of moves to use, but I'm not sure what I want. Some will become available after the Icicle Badge, but I'm trying to plan ahead. My key is to have at least one move that can trump one of Lucario's weaknesses. My other Lucario has Water Pulse, but I'm saving this Platinum's Water Pulse for my soon-to-be Glaceon. So any help would be nice. My choosen moves are as followed: (note, these are either TMs, natural moves, or tutors available).

1) Close Combat
2) Ice Punch
3) Psychic
4) Shadow Claw
5) Zen Headbutt
6) Return
7) Brick Break
8) Focus Blast
9) Dragon Pulse

I'm not sure what would be best here. The first four I'm more keen on, but I can't quite get a good idea. So, any help would be best. Or, if you have any other suggestions, do state them. But remember, I have yet to get to Snowpoint City in this Platinum, and I don't want to waste time trying to breed moves, so try to keep it in a range I can access at the moment. Thanks.

You might be better in the Simple Questions thread in the Rate My Team subforum (there are several simple questions threads to confuse you!), but never mind.

You've already got good fighting, steel and dark moves. To get good coverage, Ice Punch is probably best; the other moves are types you already have, or wouldn't add that much.

The other possibilty is a priority move. Lucario learns Extremespeed at level 51, which is the strongest priority move in the game.

you click the weepingbell icon on a quote you want to multiquote, and when you are click your last quote, click the tangela button.

Example: I want to quote Bob, Joe, and Steve in that order. I click the Weepingbell to quote Bob and Joe, then I click the Tangela to to quote Steve. When you look at the text box, all three quotes will be there

Click the multi quote button in each post you want to quote, and then the quote button in the last one down that you're quoting.

Edit: Gloom is for editing, Tangela is for quoting. (Unless you have a different skin...)

So, since there's the large quote button and then two smaller ones next to it, which of the two smaller ones (the one on the right or left) is the one that lets you multi-quote?

The Weepinbell. If you hover over it it should come up "Multi-Quote this Message" (unless that doesn't work on your browser). Jumpluff is pretty pointless, though it has a pretty fast sleep powder.

I was referring to the button's relative position (not everyone has the same skin, you know). So is the Weepinbell on the far right, or the left (not referring to the large main quote button)?

It's to the right of the large quote button.

What skin are you using?

First off, I'd recommend a nature that provides physical attack (i.e. Adamant, Jolly). I personally think the only EVs for a Magikarp would be Attack and Speed. This would show what I mean.

Does lucky egg stack with exp share?

ie. Your main pokemon has lucky egg on and another has exp share
if the lucky egg causes extra exp gain does the exp shared pokemon get exp based on the normal exp that would be gained or the total including the extra?

Okay if I give a Pokémon all 510 EV's before it's level 100, can I just Rare Candy/Day Care it up to 100 and it will be the same as if I had trained it myself, right?

The Lucky Egg only multiplies the holder's experience by 1.5. It will not get shared by Exp. Share or other particpants in battle.

Ex. A Horsea is in front during a battle holding the Lucky Egg and a Magikarp is in the party holding Exp. Share. The total experience from the battle was 200. Magikarp gains 100 and Horsea gains 100*1.5=150.

@Cornbread Yes, as long as you fully EV train before level 100, you can Rare Candy it.
