I've had a thought. I'm not sure how much it's been repeated, or how popular it is, or even if it's been confirmed by Nintendo/GameFreak themselves (the only sources I will buy) but I have to say it here.
Fossils for Hisui forms.
Think on it. Since Hisui is just Sinnoh in ancient times, would it not be a very cool idea and a great nod to Legends: Arceus if we could find fossilized remains of that game's regional variants within the sprawling passageways extending beneath modern day Sinnoh? It sounds to me like a very sensible and unique way to incorporate potentially lost variants of certain species from days since gone.
