Well Litten do like to be alone and need time to build trust, plus it was probably trying to sleep and trust me, cats don't like you waking them up when they're relaxed. And it seems more relaxed at the end of the preview, so it might warm up to her in this episode.

Too bad Team Rocket isn't in this episode, they'd definitely be impressed that Ash has been learning about things. They would probably pass as his guardians at this point!

I'm also slightly annoyed that they would name a recurring character James, even if it is the Japanese version. It just gets all kinds of confusing.

That certainly is a better way to look at it. I just figured they used it cause it sounds like such a fitting name for a butler. Like ''Sebastian''. It's still weird that it went to a recurring character.

I made a joke about it before but it wouldn't surprise me if Delia saw Rockruff and Litten as house pets (they are a dog and a cat after all, elemental powers aside) instead of battling Pokemon.

I thought Wobbuffet's voice sounded a bit different. That's so weird. She's been there since the original series. I can only assume that Erica Schroeder will be taking over many of her characters and voices.

I'm glad that Ash is using Rockruff to battle Team Skull as well, but maybe he should have used a third one as well, unless maybe another classmate will help out. It kind of seems like Rockruff is getting used quite a bit lately and Rowlet isn't, but maybe that will change soon.

Ah yes, I thought he/she was responding to the latest preview and I thought, "There aren't any twin girls, nor is there anything creepy in this preview". Thanks for clearing that up. Now I'm imagining Ash riding a tricycle and coming across Harper and Sarah, or now that I think about it, Pikachu instead of Ash. Pikachu is smaller and Harper and Sarah did show an interest in him.
