Gladion's Umbreon has a ribbon instead of a pendant, so it's a girl. What a nice touch. They could have just given Ol' Edgey an all-male team, but they didn't.

Though this does mean they gave the girl Pokemon the pink Heal Ball. Would've been a nice subversion otherwise. Oh well.

It seems so. Its Ultra Guardian symbol has a bow, like the other female Pokémon of the team.

It's funny how the anime worked around Necrozma having to subsume Solgaleo/Lunala to attain its ultimate form, but the games didn't.
