My guesses, Ash didn't go through Ultra Wormhole, but an alternate reality that might happen in the future. Now, Guzzlord homeworld wasn't called Ultra Ruins at all in the anime, which is a sad thing. That means Admin will probably going to created as Unnamed Guzzlord World article after the episode aired.
