Alongside the re-run of the Team Skull Crash Course event in Pokémon Masters EX comes a new Solo event highlighting sync pairs with glasses and sunglasses, including the Team Skull leader Guzma. A spotlight scout focused on three of these sync pairs will also be running together with this event. A new Egg Event has also started in-game this week, focused on Fire- and Steel-Type Pokémon, and the Solgaleo storyline The Beast That Devours the Sun has been added to Legendary Adventures.

Solo Event: A Pasio Spectacle
In this event, players will team up with an eccentric mix of Sync Pairs with glasses and sunglasses to battle with Team Break. Several special missions will be available during the event period, opening up special stories focused on this group of trainers. As usual for events of this type, players will have an increased chance of receiving bonus rewards if they take on event battles using teams that feature specific sync pairs. The more of these sync pairs that players place in their lineup, the greater the bonus received. This event will end of February 6th, at 9:59pm (EST).

Players should also note the following when playing this event:
  • To participate, players must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
  • The sync pairs that appear as opponents in battle have different capabilities than those players can actually obtain.
  • All mission completion rewards must be claimed within three days of the mission period ending.
  • Leftover "Event Voucher G" items at the end of this event will be automatically converted to coins at a rate of 10 coins per voucher, and sent to players' Present Boxes

Serena, Guzma, and Bianca Spotlight Scout
:
This special Spotlight Scout banner features three different sync pairs wearing glasses. Serena & Fennekin, Guzma & Golisopod, and Bianca & Musharna are all 5★ pairs with the ability to be powered up into a 6★ EX. The Spotlight Scout banner is available right now, and will be available until February 6th, at 9:59pm (EST).

Players who scout one of the featured sync pairs will receive 3 Custom ★ Power-Ups for that Sync Pair, up to a maximum of 15 Power-Ups per Sync Pair.

Fire and Steel Type Egg Event:

In this event, players will be able to receive Eggs from Professor Bellis that will hatch into one of a selection of Fire or Steel-Type Pokémon. The Pokémon that can be hatched from these Eggs include Charmander, Magnemite, Vulpix, and Ponyta, with the first three of these having the possibility of being Shiny. A limited-time incubator will also be added to Bellis's Lab for the duration of this event. If an Egg is still in the limited-time incubator when the event ends, the limited-time incubator will remain active until that Egg hatches. This event will remain available until February 6th at 9:59pm (EST).

Several special missions will be available during the event period. As usual for events of this type, players will have an increased chance of receiving Eggs if they take on event battles using teams that feature specific sync pairs. The more of these sync pairs that players place in their lineup, the higher their Egg reward rate will be. The applicable Sync Pairs and Egg reward rates are as follows:
  • Player Character Sync Pairs: +40% (×1.4) Egg Reward Rate
  • Fire- and Steel-type Player Character sync pairs: +80% (×1.8) Egg Reward Rate
  • Fire- and Steel-type sync pairs: +20% Egg Reward Rate (×1.2)
These bonuses stack additively, so having 1 Player Character Fire or Steel Sync Pair, and two other Fire or Steel type sync pairs would give a combined bonus of +120% (x2.2)

Players should also note the following when playing this events:
  • To participate, players must have completed Main Story Chapter 1: The More the Merrier (Normal) in single-player.
  • The sync pairs that appear as opponents in battle have different capabilities than those players can actually obtain.
  • All mission completion rewards must be claimed within three days of the mission period ending.
  • Players cannot receive Eggs from Professor Bellis by completing areas outside of this event during this event period.

Legendary Adventure: The Beast That Devours the Sun

The Beast That Devours the Sun event featuring the Player Character & Solgaleo has been added to the Legendary Adventures, and is a permanent addition to the main story. Version 2.15.0 of Pokémon Masters EX added Legendary Adventures to the Main Story menu, allowing players to play past Legendary Events whenever they like. Players can receive Player Character & Solgaleo through completing stages from this storyline, regardless of if they played the original Legendary Event. Completing this Legendary Adventure will also allow players to collect custom vouchers and custom ★ Power-Ups to increase the potential and move level of Player Character & Solgaleo. Players who have already completed the original The Beast That Devours the Sun Legendary Event and have received all of the rewards can instead exchange the rewards from this Legendary Adventure for 5★ Power-Ups and other items.
